I run a variety of events in Guildford & the beautiful Surrey countryside. I weave together a powerful combination of mindfulness & yoga to help you to rediscover your natural ease, vitality & wellbeing.
From afternoon & day retreats in beautiful venues to workshops in the community, schools & the workplace, there's something for everyone.
Events include mindfulness meditation, mindful yoga & other activities designed to reduce stress & restore balance to body & mind.

Take time for yourself at this tranquil and restorative afternoon retreat, thoughtfully designed to nurture both body and mind. Enjoy gentle yoga, easeful mindfulness meditation, time in nature, and deep relaxation. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
Set in the heart of the picturesque Surrey Hills, Kilnhanger offers a wonderful escape. This private country home is surrounded by expansive gardens and breathtaking views of rolling hills, providing the perfect backdrop for peace and tranquillity. The spacious, cosy studio—with underfloor heating — is an inviting sanctuary to reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, this retreat is suitable for everyone.
Located just a 25-minute drive from Guildford, Kilnhanger feels a world away. Refreshments and equipment are provided.

Price: Sliding Scale: £52 - £62*
*To make the afternoon as accessible as possible, I offer a sliding payment scale. £57 is the standard rate but you're welcome to pay a generosity rate of £62 to help me support those with limited finances (optional).

Workplace Wellbeing Workshops
I run workplace workshops with a focus on stress-reduction. These are a mixture of education & experiential practice. We explore mindfulness meditation & other activities designed to reduce stress & improve clarity & concentration.
Workshops can be tailored to your needs & may include gentle, restorative yoga (space permitting). We may also focus on developing self-compassion, nervous system support & developing embodied resilience, depending on your needs.
Organisations that I've worked with include the NHS, as well as local businesses, charities & schools (as an ex-primary school teacher, I understand the pressures of teaching very well!)
